Access the “Help Me” menu by pressing Alt+CAP+H key (hold all three keys at the same time from main menu).  Notice:  For Pearl and other sure-type model; hold Alt (Bottom left) and type EACE (character is not case sensitive).  For Storm; hold the BACK arrow and tap the screen in the following area: TOP LEFT, TOP RIGHT, TOP LEFT, TOP RIGHT.
   
2 Find the following information:  
a Blackberry Device PIN:   example: cc414bfc
b App Version:   example: 4.6.0.100 (233)
c Uptime: example: 908208
   
3 Enter the information below and generate your KEY code

IMPORTANT, YOU MUST COMPELETE STEP 4 and 5 BELOW to GET MEP, the above KEY IS NOT YOUR MEP

Type the Key code in your Blackberry from the Help Me menu (refer to step 1).  *Remember to press Alt button for the numbers (example: if Key is 1A2B, you need to press Alt+1, A, Alt+2, B, character is not case sensitive).  You will not see anything on the screen as the key is being type.  If nothing happen after you type, go back and re-input the Uptime and App Version that you see in the Help Me menu.

Open the \’OS Engineering Screens’ and go to \’device information\’.  Please scroll down and find your Blackberry MEP Name.
